Reno, NV, January 20, 2009 — Somersett is proud to announce the addition of nine executive suites to its retail/office space in Town Square. The Suites at Somersett Town Square were completed by Devcon Construction this week and range in size from 184 to 544 square feet. Five of the suites have already been leased. Tenants include Databeans, Envision Video, the Law Offices of Sarah Flores, Padovan Consulting and Daisy Day Spa. Four suites remain available at 457 square feet, 255 square feet with a deck, 264 square feet and 193 square feet.
Databeans is a marketing research office. Envision Video does production /editing of corporate, broadcast and sport video, web content and video acquisition. The Law Office of Sarah Flores specializes in Estate Planning, asset protection and business services. Padovan Consulting is a civil engineering firm. Daisy Day Spa specializes in skin care with a focus on facials, waxing and massage.
Somersett Town Square is located in west Reno. To visit Somersett Town Square, take I-80 to the Robb Drive exit and turn left on Sharlands Avenue. Sharlands turns into Somersett Parkway and leads into the community. Turn in at the second roundabout and The Suites at Town Square are on the second floor of the second building.

Somersett Town Square is a retail and office complex located in the heart of the Somersett Community. It opened as the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) of its kind in Northern Nevada. The complex is LEED certified and has a number of features that enhance the efficiency of the building for energy savings and water conservation.
