Somersett Country Club, located in West Reno's exciting new master planned golf community is being developed in the traditional manner of a fine private club. The Club offers a full calendar of golf and social events and will truly become your home-away-from-home. Somersett Country Club features a Tom Kite signature 18-hole Championship Course with breathtaking elevation changes and views of the Sierra Nevada from every hole. The par 72 course plays to 7,252 yards from its championship tees and incorporates several lakes, waterfalls, wooden bridges, beautiful white sand bunkers, extra-wide landing areas, and five sets of tees per hole to accommodate all skill levels. The future golf clubhouse will include an elegant private dining room, bar, golf shop, locker rooms and lounge areas and is sure to be the centerpiece of the community. From its ridge-top location, the clubhouse will overlook the 18th green and capture stunning views of the Sierras. In addition to the Country Club, amenities include the Somersett Owners' Association 22,000 square foot Club at Town Center.
The Club offers a resort-style fitness, swim, tennis, social and recreation club with a seasonal par 3, nine hole golf course- The Canyon Nine, also designed by Tom Kite.
